FAST TRACK is a personal VIP service at the airport, for travelers who want to go through the arrival, departure or connection process faster, more comfortably and more efficiently.

On landing, a personal greeter waits for you already in the arrivals area — and sometimes even at the aircraft jet bridge — holding a sign with your name. From the moment you meet until the process is complete, the greeter accompanies you personally at every step.

As part of the service you enjoy passage through dedicated VIP passport-control lanes that let you skip the regular queues and significantly shorten waiting times. The greeter also helps locate and collect your baggage, provides full guidance inside the terminal, and ensures the whole process runs smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

On connecting flights, the greeter meets you as you leave the aircraft, accompanies you between terminals as needed, helps complete all required checks, and escorts you to the check-in desk or boarding gate for your next flight.

This is a premium service that provides a comfortable, fast and stress-free travel experience, especially suited to families with children, seniors, business travelers, passengers on long flights, or anyone who prefers personal attention and a significant time saving at the airport.

FAST TRACK includes personal escort and faster airport processing only. It does not include transfers to/from the airport (a separate service, coming later), visas, travel insurance, government payments, fees, customs, personal expenses, or any service not explicitly stated in the booking.

Please note that FAST TRACK is not an entry permit to the country and does not grant any special eligibility for entry approval. The final decision on a traveler's entry to Thailand or any other country rests solely with the immigration authorities and the official border officers.

In the event of entry refusal, delay, questioning, a request for additional documents, or any other decision by the immigration authorities, the service operator bears no responsibility for it. FAST TRACK is intended to provide personal escort, professional guidance and queue-shortening wherever possible, but cannot influence decisions made by the competent authorities.

Cancelling a booking up to 3 business days before the service date is eligible for a refund less a clearing and handling fee of 5%.

If the airline cancels or changes the flight, you may choose between a refund less the 5% clearing and handling fee or keeping the credit for a future booking, subject to immediate notice and presentation of official confirmation from the airline.

Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the service date may be subject to charges from the service provider and will not necessarily be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are subject to the relevant suppliers' terms and to the processing times of the credit-card companies or payment methods.
