General
Use of the FAST TRACK service and this website is subject to the following terms. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The service
The service includes a personal airport escort, subject to local authority rules. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Payments
Prices are quoted in US Dollars. Charges are made after a manager approves the order. Currency conversion is handled by your bank.
Cancellations
Cancelling up to 3 business days before the service date is eligible for a refund less a 5% clearing and handling fee. If the airline cancels or changes the flight, you may choose between a refund (less the 5% fee) or a credit for a future booking, subject to immediate notice and official confirmation. Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the service date may be subject to supplier charges and are not necessarily refundable. Refunds are subject to suppliers’ terms and to card-processor handling times.
